- Whilst studying for my Business National BTEC course, I lead a team to research and present ideas to innovate Businesses communicating and working within a team. This included assigning tasks to colleagues research a specific topic within the research project and motivating team-members.

- Since 2020, I have been the Owner and Creator of a successful 500 member Discord server that is active on a daily basis interacting with customers by providing giveaways and events to meet their needs. As a owner, I recruited moderators that is best-fit for the safety and protection of my Discord Server and who can carry out the duties of being a moderator. Being the owner of a Discord Server comes with some difficult decisions such as removing members from the Discord Server who has broken Discord policy. I advertise and market my Discord server on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, X and Instagram to attract new potential customers into my Discord Server.

- At the Christ the King Sixth Form Open Day, I volunteered as a representative for the Social Sciences that would promote new students into the CTK Sixth Form communicating with parents and potential students. To do this, I would explain to my clients the course specification and examination to sell the Social Science courses to new students.

- As part of the Private UGC program on Roblox that only 15,000 developers had access to. This meant that I develop and upload accessories (items/products) onto the Roblox Market place to sell my products to Roblox as a whole.
- I negotiated with clients, meeting their needs that was to provide my services at a price to design and develop unique products for my clients meeting their needs. Overall, I profited over £600.
- During my time on the Roblox Private UGC program, I created my own unique items that was successful appearing on the Roblox Marketplace for users to purchase. I identified gaps in the Roblox Market Place to design innovative items such as mushroom antlers and nature-related hats that have never been seen before generating many sales from these.

- My work experience involved the design of a new marketing logo for the company to be displayed on business cards, Bailey Estates website and letterheads. I was tasked with attending a property to take high-quality photographs, prepare property details and calculate room sizes using a laser distance measurer, as well as writing up the listing to create a brochure. Using the company's database, I collated names and addresses of prospective new clients for a letter drop campaign.

- I have worked on 4 maps with a team of Roblox Developers. My role is to 3D Design, Build maps and Graphic Design and in some cases team leader creating detailed and large map sizes on Roblox using software such as Blender, Adobe Illustrator and Roblox Studio. Throughout development, I would communicate ideas with my team and meet deadlines so development can progress smoothly representing high standards of great quality and detail in my projects.
- I have created 9 additional showcase maps to provide an Easter Egg Hunt on Roblox including 50 badges for players to earn. This successful development lead to player recognition of my showcase maps that are highly detailed and great for scenery, exploration and hunting that has lead to an increase in player visits which helps bring recognition to my projects viewed by the public.
