Experience Summary:
Started as a work experience student in October 2021 and progressed to a paid Sports Leader/Teaching Assistant role in January 2022. Supported academic interventions, led sports activities, and delivered after-school clubs while balancing college studies and working 32+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Led sports and physical activity sessions during breaktimes and after school

- Delivered targeted academic interventions to support pupil progress

- Assisted with lesson preparation and resource development

- Promoted and organised participation in external sports competitions
