Returned part time for childcare for my daughter as i have her full time.

Working as a travel safe officer for Northern rail, I worked along side the British transport police, help enforce the bylaws of the railway, i would travel on different trains and visit train stations in the north west area. I would help mitigate anti-social behavior on the railways. I had to work as part of a team and at times as a individual, i had to learn the by laws of the railway, radio call signs and write incident reports.

• I started my role at Blackpool BID, part-time, then moved to full time and then in a supervisor role over my time there. Working as a Patrol warden I helped mitigate anti-social behaviour in Blackpool town centre by enforcing the councils public space protection order. I have worked along Blackpool Council and Blackpool’s NHP police team. I have written court files, Community protection warnings and Community protection notices. I had to work within a team and at times by self and at times deal with challenging situations. I had to use skills of talking to people and de-escalation to get the best possible out in situations. I have work on my operations with the police in helping reduce crime with in Blackpool. As a supervisor I had to write up shift reports, communicate between management, sorting breaks and sickness, sorting out to meet up with the police and council, communicating with local stores within the town centre. I also ran The DISC app for reporting crime and uploading offenders.

• My role working for Hewsec security is as a door supervisor, this involves working as team and as individual, working small bars and big clubs, making sure everyone in the building is safe and property is safe, ID checks, interacting with people, dealing with conflict, and seeing how I can make things better.

• Working security at Blackpool Pleasure beach, I worked night shifts of 12 hours and duties would include regular patrols of the grounds and property inside and outside, making sure the hotels they owned were checked, gates were locked and checked, dog handling, feeding the dogs, clearing the dog kennels and feeding the dogs and checking them to see if they were healthy, opening gates and arena for staff, singing staff in before the day shift started.

• When working for Northern security i had many roles which include the role of door supervisor. As a door supervisor i would check IDs, interacting with customers, defusing situations, making sure staff and people within the building are safe, working as team. other roles for northern security would include working at Blackpool hospital, Blackpool football ground and events over the town.

• My roles as a member of bar staff and floor staff which were two roles in one would include serving drinks and taking food orders, interacting with customers, cleaning of the bar and back areas. As a member of the floor team, I would have to serve food, deal with complaints, load and unload dishes, clean tables and make sure everything is in running order.

• Working for A1 window cleaning my roles would include cleaning windows, using traditional techniques and new modern equipment, independent work was an important role when working for A1, collecting money and engaging with customers new and old was a important role, cleaning equipment and making sure all equipment was in working order.

• Working for Liggings window cleaning my job was to clean windows, collect money, load and unload ladders and clean equipment before and after work.

• As a shop assistant at the spar my roles included working on the till which included scanning items and placing items in bags, the taking of money and change giving of change, using the till for such things as transport payments, gas, and electric payments. other duties would include shelf stacking, cleaning and mopping.
