I was approached to take the operations manager role within the drone team to help organise 3rd party suppliers and also the day to day runnings of the drone team. During my time as manager I ensured all operations ran smoothly and also helped to manager our dependencies within the central team including electrical, MSV, access and GDCs.

In 2025 I managed the team to achieve the below:
✅ Completing over 500 Pre-MSV reports for the VMO2 project across the country
✅ Completing over 550 PANs surveys and reports.
✅ Producing over 70 Photomontage reports with an average KPI of 2.4
✅ Improving our KPIs from 10.3 in February to 3.7 in November a huge improvement throughout the year.

Also I used my experience in surveying to create guides for multiple different surveys and also meeting up with internal and 3rd party suppliers to show them how we need surveys captured.

I have my GVC drone license and managed to complete a number of surveys throughout my time in the team ensuring high quality surveys are completed and matched by others.

Moving from Blue Clarity I continued my role as a design surveyor completing more high profile surveys on multiple projects. This role also led me into an office role where I was Quality Assurance engineer ensuring others work was up to the high standards I set.

Blue Clarity provided me with my first role in the telecommunications industry as a trainee climb surveyor. I soon then became a single man surveyor and team leader providing training to a number of new and experienced surveyors. I travelled around the country seeing amazing sites working on several big projects and was trusted to deliver on some very high profile sites. From Blue ClaRoth I carried on this role into the new company which take over from Blue Clarity. This time was some on my best moments in my career helping me grow and develop into a high quality assets in the telecommunications industry.

My first job after leaving college came at the local men’s clothes shop in the Colchester town centre. BACCUS specialised in fast fashion selling huge brands across all demographics.

Starting as a Saturday helper in the shop I soon took charge of the website and social media account growing there instagram account from 6,000 to 10,000 followers and also driving sales through the website. I also did my fair share of hours in the shop front selling and ensuring the shop front was clean and presentable.
