In this role as a service engineer, the company manufactured balers and various other equipment associated with the recycling industry and large supermarket chains, my role was to help production in the work shop manufacturing machinery, and go out to various sites installing these fully automated machines. Repairing them if required and doing servicing or reactive maintenance these were mostly hydraulic machines fully automated.
At Wessex Water my responsibilities in the regional workshop as a Mechanical engineer were job ownership, leadership and teamwork also time management, I was able to do machining and fitting jobs.
