- Currently here I work within all aspects of landscaping from soft to hard. This role has included laying slabs such as porcelain and sandstone, decking, planting, fencing, laying turf and also artificial turf, laying driveways, some brickwork and some designing. Mainly working within a team of 3 but also being left to lead jobs and lead another worker. Sometimes also helping maintenance side of things with general grass cutting, weeding, hedge cutting and strimming.
- Having more of a lead role has helped improve my leadership, my team management and communication skills with customers and with team members. It has also helped with problem solving as I may face issues with the jobs I do such as materials being delivered incorrectly, not enough materials or broken materials and also any problems/struggles with the customer or team members about the jobs or themselves.

- I was working here as a project manager running installation of banners, framework, scaffolding and dealing with all staff and many different departments and people, from printing artwork to landlords. I have worked with companies such as Apple and Rubicon and have had to ensure all frames were erect in time and the artwork and printing were the correct size and put up correctly and on time. This role also consisted of organising all the plans and permits and the materials so that we had the correct equipment, ensuring all staff were organised and know what they’re doing and when, ensuring all jobs were completed to the job agreement and meet the clients requirements while also staying within or under budget and also making sure all sites were kept safe.

- This role involved organising and managing jobs figuring out what materials we need, how long the job will roughly take and the cost of the job. - I worked here as a groundsman. Main responsibilities were maintaining the football, rugby and cricket pitches. This includes cutting the rugby and football pitches using a variety of mowers such as dennis cylinder and rotary pedestrian mowers on the first team pitches and using a ride on john deere rotary mower to cut majority of the other pitches. On the cricket outfields we have been using our john deere rotary ride on and a Jacobsen rotary ride on mower. For all our pitches we also mark these ourselves. During the winter season I have been using tractors with attachments on such as a slitter and a vertidrainer to help with the drainage, for this I have also used a pedestrian procore machine. Also, in this role I set up all the pitches for midweek and weekend games by putting flags out, places goals and also setting up anything else that may be needed and also checking any problems with the pitches. As well as this I apply fertiliser to the pitches. Also here I have helped out the gardening side with all general maintenance and using tools such as hedgecutters, strimmers, blowers and plenty of hand tools.

Although only a short time here, before going back to my current job that I’m at now, I learnt a lot and gained a lot of experience with correct ways to plant and improved with planting in general and plant names. I also worked at few weeks at a private garden within Tottenham doing general maintenance such as planting, weeding, edging the borders and pruning.
