I'm 21 years of age as of November 2025, currently looking for a full time position. I'm a detail-oriented professional with expertise in stock management, customer assistance, and visual merchandising, complemented by strong skills in retail marketing and product demonstrations. I demonstrate exceptional time-keeping, multitasking efficiency, and a positive attitude while excelling in client relationship building and after-sales care. Adept at cash management, health and safety procedures, and opening and closing procedures, with a confident communicator's approach that fosters patience and empathy. Committed to delivering outstanding service and contributing to organisational success through effective teamwork and proactive problem-solving.
This is my current job, where I am working part-time while trying to focus on figuring out which career path I want to take. I use all the skills and traits I gained from Footasylum here to ensure that customer service, cash handling, and stock management are conducted to a high standard.
Whenever I get the chance, I like to volunteer in walking dogs and looking after them in day care. It's my sister's and her friend's business, so I love looking after the dogs, but I also get to spend time with my family. I only volunteer, so this is very on and off, but I find it really enjoyable and rewarding.
This was my first job where I learnt many skills, and it also made me grow into a more confident person. I started working for this company in the Teesside Park store part-time, but that turned into full-time before I had been there a year. However, it was shut down and I transferred to the Middlesbrough store, where I then stayed for two years before leaving. As I grew within this company, I began to have a lot more responsibilities, such as leading teams, end-of-day cash handling, making sure standards were met each day, as well as targets that needed to be hit, and being able to take part in and finish big store moves in time for customers to start shopping the next day.
