
I am sales professional with experience in multiple fields. I spent my first few years out of university experimenting with different roles and industries. My experience has taught me I thrive dealing with clients and customers.

Responsible for maintenance and financial upkeep of voids portfolio (empty properties). Weekly KPI reporting directly to CEO and Director of the department. Assisting the portfolio director in managing the companies portfolio of properties. Portfolio size 400 units plus.
Resales & stair-casing (after sales). Supporting customer in their needs either selling their properties or purchasing more shares.
Collecting and reporting on data for the marketing team to adjust our processes and public information. Entire portfolio approx 7,000.
I also gathered and presented data for shareholders to and create reflecting on long and short term implications for the business. In both roles.
Account management and business development.
Head of Classified - ‘Homes & Gardens’, ‘Living etc’, ‘Country Homes & Interiors’ and ‘Amateur Gardening’. Brand champion on all TI/Future Home interest titles across display and classified (12 brands). Selling print and digital display packages to client direct and a number of agencies including December19, Lavery Rowe and Attinger Jack. Assisting senior account managers on campaigns for key agencies. Expanding on current business to broaden the reach of each client by selling into social campaigns and non standard digital advertising. Keeping the team up do date on availability and revenue and reporting to the head of partnerships.
