- Responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with anti-money laundering and safer gambling regulations, monitoring and reviewing customer accounts and analysing source of funds documents including bank statements and payslips, as well as customer transactions including deposits, wagers and withdrawals.

- Following internal processes to flag potentially vulnerable or suspicious accounts, reviewing activity and contacting customers where necessary to discuss gameplay and affordability.

- Liaising with Nominated Officers and Compliance Team to ensure licensing objectives are followed and customer experience is smooth.

After completing my university degree I enrolled in a cultural exchange programme for three months, working at a children's day camp in the US as an athletic specialist.

I was chosen to be part of the Liverpool Echo Community Scheme as part of my final year at university, working as a student journalist in their professional newsroom on the sports desk. This included:

- Sourcing and conducting interviews with professional athletes and local community figures.

- Writing feature-length articles, news stories and interviews which featured on the Liverpool Echo website.

- Conducting Vox Pops with members of the public, using professional audio and video equipment.

In this role I delivered independent physical education sessions and after school sport clubs in schools across Derbyshire.
