I am an ambitious young man with fantastic workplace experience relative to my age. I have a strong interest in motorsport, the automotive industry, healthcare, and medical research. In this role my primary responsibility has been to sell pharmaceutical products into retail pharmacies in the UK. This is a tele sales role conducted from the main office of Clarity Pharma. In this position I am also involved in various projects taken on by the business, account management, customer relations, and navigating a specialist CRM system.
This job involved precision driving and customer relations. I completed a variety of tasks at event days organised by the company. These tasks ranged from driving customers on demonstration laps and instructing customers on how to navigate the track and handle the cars correctly, to driving to nearby mechanics for specialist parts needed to repair the cars in our fleet. This role required efficient problem solving, general diligence and awareness to prevent accidents, and good communication with both colleagues and customers. Events took place at various motorsport tracks across the UK.
In the Regulatory department at Clarity Pharma I was responsible for training new staff, maintaining a CRM database, completing general administration tasks, and overhauling our quality management systems (QMS). Through this role, I have gained skills in communication, public speaking, client relations, organisation, and professional extended writing.
