In school I was an enthusiastic student with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. I have a balanced background in sports and extra-curricular activities and was also diligent about preparing for examinations, competitions and assignments.
I do believe that I am mature, reliable and responsible with good communication and relationship-building abilities and above all, I am very enthusiastic and eager to learn.
I would value the opportunity to gain new skills to contribute and grow in this role. I am currently undertaking an electrician college course however this comes to an end in June 2026. I am always ready to help others and feel that I could grow my skills in customer service with guidance.

- I am coming to the end of an electrical installation course, however, having completed the course, I do not feel this is the right career path for me and I would prefer to be part of a working environment.
- Throughout my time in school (Consett Academy), I delivered presentations on speaking and listening, which developed strong public speaking and communication skills.
- I also had the opportunity to attend field trips, including Barcelona and Italy, expanding horizons, cultures and knowledge.
- I completed in-depth research into course topics to better understand material to assist with GCSE coursework.

- I recently carried out work experience with a local fabricator. This involved maintaining a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assisted in the production of products to exact specifications by closely following engineering instructions, blueprints and drawings.
- Used rulers and markers to check dimensions and accurately cut metal into required shapes with guidance.

- I believe the skills that I possess will hold me in good stead to provide a high level of customer service
- I am a confident communicator and can talk to all age groups
- If a problem arises, I will try to solve this with patience and empathy; however, appreciate that, in some situations, further help may be needed from peers
- I am outgoing and enthusiastic and have a large social group I am also very honest and will be comfortable with till and cash handling, aswell as stocking shelves if needed
Hobbies and interests
- My main hobby is football. I have a season ticket at Sunderland AFC and also play twice per week. I have also recently started playing padel tennis.
- I am also a member of Consett Golf Club and enjoy playing when I can.
- I do however also like gaming, music and live concerts and enjoy travelling with my family.
Additional Information
- Although I have no 'on the job' work experience, I am keen to be a part of a team. I am local to Consett, and will be extremely reliable, flexible and committed.
- I also have a good sense of humour and a caring personality and I am sure I would get on with customers and colleagues alike, if given the opportunity.
