I am an experienced primary practitioner and leader. One of my favourite roles is supporting other school in their strategic leadership and working particularly with Head Teachers who are new to the role. I have successfully led my school to one of strength, recognised as such by colleagues, other schools and OFSTED. Our school is regularly contacted for advice or support, particularly around our curriculum development. The training I have received from OFSTED has been very valuable in supporting my strategic leadership and the goals of the school. Now I no longer inspect, I am able to offer additional time to work with and alongside other colleagues. I believe that sharing good practice, debate and collaboration is one of the most important drivers for schools and I know that I can offer ECM my support in delivering their programme of CPD successfully.
