My time at Dales has helped me learn a lot, I have learnt how to follow in depth repair manuals to make sure repairs are carried out thoroughly and correctly, using specialised tooling and specifications at main dealer standards. Such as engine/gearbox rebuilds, and all other aspects of repairs such as electrical, hydraulic systems, whilst keeping up with the everchanging technology in modern vehicles today.

Millers garage is where I started my time in the motor trade, I first went to Millers garage on my work experience week whilst I was in secondary school back in March 2012. From that week I was working at Millers every half term and summer holiday up until I left school free of charge. When I left school, when I was 16, I was offered a place with them on the Renault apprenticeship scheme. My time at Millers taught me a lot, it taught me how to work well as a team and follow orders efficiently and at my best effort. As time went on my skills developed and further training was offered where I could further my skills and knowledge.
