My background of working in insurance for the last 8 years has given me a range of transferable skills which will allow me to make the pivot into Cybersecurity, and be a valuable asset to any team.


Through the CAPSLOCK bootcamp, I have fortified my Cybersecurity acumen by confronting a diverse range of real world tasks, in a team based environment. I now hope to leverage this experience, alongside the diverse skill set gained throughout my career working in the insurance sector, and my genuine passion for Cybersecurity, in order to gain my first role and kick-start my new career.

A comprehensive 6-month bootcamp, providing CIISec Accredited cybersecurity training, focussing on practical skills for the workplace. The curriculum involved team based learning, undertaking tasks aimed at improving culture and awareness across an organisation, putting in place disaster management and continuity measures, analysis of frameworks to enable business decision making, and technical guidance using SIEM tools like Splunk.
