  • Harry Morgan was my first paid job at the age of 16.
  • In terms of roles in the workplace, it was versatile which means that I was told to take different roles when there were absences due to my flexibility.
  • I run drinks and food from the bar and kitchen as a runner.
  • Opening the restaurant with another member of staff at 8am in the morning for customers at 9am, whilst the rest of the staff and managers come in later in the morning.
