I am currently working as a full time Forensic Nurse in one of the custody in West Sussex. Being on the role, I am compassionate Custody Nurse with focus on providing comprehensive healthcare in challenging environments in the custody.I am skilled in managing acute medical conditions and improving patient outcomes through tailored care plans. I am able to recognised for enhancing patient safety protocols and fostering collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
My previous exposure is primarily in acute setting in A&E as a sister/charge nurse, providing an emergency services and care to a wide range catchment area which includes Gatwick airport- a total of more than half a million people.
As a nurse in charge of a busy acute department, I am responsible and accountable for both clinical and administrative aspect throughout the shift. Supervising nurses, collaboration and decision making with multi-disciplinary team regarding the patient management and plans, addressing problems, concerns regarding the patient and their families are the everyday task that I am familiarised with.
In addition, I am well experienced in conducting clinical assessment, triaging, streaming and referrals to appropriate clinical providers.

· Performing appropriate assessment and treatment for the patient in any location (e.g. vital signs, ACLS protocols) as needed and direct communication using portable radio by the doctor On-Call.
· Evaluation and tagging of the patients depend on the sensitivity of illnesses.
· Using of proper communication (10 codes) in radio transmission.
· Evaluates emergency care and process through:
o Measuring patient's outcome with expectations.
o Acceptance of supervision.
o Seeking education opportunities to update professional practice.
· Attends all updates and mandatory training programs.
Endorsing pertinent data regarding patients case to the medical personnel in the hospital
