Summary

I am currently working as a full time Forensic Nurse in one of the custody in West Sussex. Being on the role, I am compassionate Custody Nurse with focus on providing comprehensive healthcare in challenging environments in the custody.I am skilled in managing acute medical conditions and improving patient outcomes through tailored care plans. I am able to recognised for enhancing patient safety protocols and fostering collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams.

My previous exposure is primarily in acute setting in A&E as a sister/charge nurse, providing an emergency services and care to a wide range catchment area which includes Gatwick airport- a total of more than half a million people.

As a nurse in charge of a busy acute department, I am responsible and accountable for both clinical and administrative aspect throughout the shift. Supervising nurses, collaboration and decision making with multi-disciplinary team regarding the patient management and plans, addressing problems, concerns regarding the patient and their families are the everyday task that I am familiarised with.
In addition, I am well experienced in conducting clinical assessment, triaging, streaming and referrals to appropriate clinical providers.
I am a highly motivated, and able to take charge of the department & make an autonomous safe decision in accordance with the policies & procedures.
