Becky has worked for Lloyds Banking Group for 19 years and has extensive experience in Retail banking and more recent experience in 'Branch Transformation' as an SME / Product Owner and 'People and Places' as a Colleague Insight Manager in the Culture and Leadership team.

She is able to create and implement a robust business strategy which aligns with the Groups wider visions, values and behavioural expectations. In her recent roles she has managed teams to deliver Agile Methodology to deliver and execute key business objectives and projects with internal and external stakeholders, exceeding expectations through focused, strategic programme management. In previous years Becky has led large teams to deliver business performance and change roadmaps through coaching and influencing Senior Leadership teams across the North West. Identifying opportunities for growth and providing solutions through observation and feedback were her key skills in this role.

Becky's strength is stakeholder management and the delivery of projects through strong engagement with stakeholders. In 2022/23 Becky has led a project team to introduce a new technical supplier to LBG. The result has been a cost saving of £650,000 pa over a 3 year contract and the introduction of a new tech platform which will help LBG deliver their evolving listening strategy in the coming years.

Becky is looking to utilise and broaden her skill set by adding value in a new role within the wider business or externally within the financial sector. She is confident she can drawer on her 19 years' experience but also keen to continue learning and take on new challenges. Becky thrives in a changing environment and will encourage her colleagues to deliver collaboratively with her.
