I work hard to develop my direct reports, fostering a long term, sustainable approach - success which will last I support those I lead to feel empowered to act within their role, and hold clear boundaries of what they should be able to do individually, and where I enter in as their leader

I believe vulnerability is a superpower, and self reflection is a key trait for any leader Despite leading teams for 10 years in an intense operational setting, I continue to analyse my own performance, within leadership or personal task, to ensure I drive my own growth

High Standards

I hold both myself and my reports to an incredibly high standard, and in leading by example in this way, I am not afraid to expect a lot of my team I am a supportive and empathic leader, but understand when I have exhausted my leadership duties, and am well versed in having the tough conversations when required I have extensive experience in this area

Organisational Leadership

I am meticulous in my organisation, which I deem as important for myself as for my team I believe in always having a clear plan, owning my decisions, but not being afraid to adapt and diverge from the original intention, if required
