  • Outside of work I’m very much into health and fitness — weight training, running, and anything active. I’m a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and enjoy doing this alongside my main career.
  • I also love cooking and have published a recipe book. Life outside work revolves around family, my husband’s gym business, and our Westie who definitely runs the house.
