
I have worked as a Senior Care Assistant for a long time. years of experience in many different environments has assisted me to gain many key skills which are easily transferable. This job specifically has given me the opportunity to create and implement person-centred care packages and deliver this with dignity, respect and compassion.
In my role as a senior i was responsible to ensure not only the right care was being delivered but also that the home was clean, and a routine as set out by my own management was followed not only by myself but other members of staff. Clear communication and promoting a positive work environment helped me to achieve this.
