Bayley Sills

Work experience at RH academy where I worked as part of a team and followed instructions to carry out tasks which aided the football teams training and supporting the management.

i was chosen to be a member of the school parliament where I went to meetings with the flying high trust to discuss how to improve the school and how to make education more interesting to encourage the children to be more proactive in lessons.

i also played football every Saturday for five years which has developed my team working skills and allows me to work effectively in team based situations

• I enjoy watching and playing football as I have played football for 5 years and have had a season ticket at Mansfield town for 3 seasons.
• I also enjoy going to the gym as it keeps me active and allows me to stay in good shape
