A biotechnology and microbiology graduate currently pursuing a master's in Cancer Immunotherapy, I bring extensive experience in wet lab work, bioinformatics, and project management. I have a demonstrated ability to effectively analyze data and present research findings. As a published researcher, I am dedicated to continuous learning and working in a research environment, with strong communication and leadership skills.

• Strong skills in wet lab and molecular biology techniques (including DNA and protein extraction, gel electrophoresis, SDS page electrophoresis, Biochemical tests and RT-qPCR)
• Thorough knowledge of standard bioinformatics tools for and analysis of STRING, GeneMANIA, UALCAN, TIMER, KM plotter, and Molecular Docking
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and microbial culturing
• Fluency and extensive hands-on experience in ELISA, MTT assay and in-vitropharmacological bioassay (isometric tissue bath system) using iWorx Labscribe with isometric transducer
• Experience in handling spectrophotometers (including nanodrop)
• Understanding and usage of biostatistics and bioinformatics algorithms
• Possesses strong computer skills to analyze and manipulate data sets
• Statistical analysis of data sets with SPSS
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and COSHH regulations.
• Proficient in developing SOPs to ensure compliance and efficiency
