Summary

I am a qualified and experienced person in the wildlife and tourism industry with a passion for conservation. I have spent the majority of my life in the safari industry guiding and hunting professionally, managing top photographic safari lodges in Zimbabwe and SADC countries and being involved with conservation organisations. I am a founding member (2005) and trustee for Friends of Hwange, a non-profit organisation that works extensively in Hwange National Park providing game water, maintaining firebreaks & roads and working with ZimParks where needed. I assist Wildlife Environment Zimbabwe (WEZ), Conservation & Wildlife Fund (CWF), Mother Africa Trust, Dambari Trust and The Matobo Conservation Society on an ongoing basis. I worked closely with CIRAD, WildCRU, and other research groups in Hwange National Park for close to fifteen years while based there. I am also a qualified Safety, Health and Environment practitioner and Human Resources Manager with a well-documented record of accomplishment in implementing safety, health and environment management systems.
