The building works include 70,000 m3 freezer, 900 T/day robotics and conveyor system and building services for one hundred people
Project Challenges - Client made last minutes changes to key project deliverables and long lead items. The client also made core clause contract amendments for early access requirements, where the team needed to phase dependent works to keep original timeline. Thanks to the quality, safety and program aspects of the project the client retained the contractor for future projects
