  • My previous project is an £11 million food preparation and storage facility where my responsibilities as the Construction Manager is to deliver the new warehouse M, E & R services (mechanical, Electrical & Refrigeration)
  • The building works include 70,000 m3 freezer, 900 T/day robotics and conveyor system and building services for one hundred people
  • Project Challenges - Client made last minutes changes to key project deliverables and long lead items. The client also made core clause contract amendments for early access requirements, where the team needed to phase dependent works to keep original timeline. Thanks to the quality, safety and program aspects of the project the client retained the contractor for future projects

  • In 2020 was appointed Assistant Program Manager for MME2 an E2E 2 million ft2 warehouse with 1.9 km of conveyance and 2700 robots with a project value was £301 Million
  • KPI achievements were completion of the project as per PMO baseline dates with a 2-week site closure due to Covid 19 breakout
  • In 2021 was appointed Program Manager for NCL1 and E2E 2 million ft2 warehouse with 1.9 km of conveyance and 2900 robots with a project value was £324 Million
  • KPI achievements were completing the program as per PMO baseline milestones with government and UK Covid legislation restricting contractor HC/m2
  • In 2022 was appointed Program Manager for NCL2 E2E 2 million ft2 warehouse with 2 km of conveyance and three thousand robots with a project value was £317 Million
  • The project duration was 12 months from pilling through to launch
  • KPI achievements were joint first in project quality across the EU and 7.5% Capex/Opex savings against the CAR and 4% margin above any project of the same type across the EU
  • Developing and managing the integrated scheduling within the EU network
  • In 2022 I was responsible for managing nineteen contract planners across twenty-one sites in the EU with a program budget of $1.4MM

  • The project budget was $82MM and the forecast project duration was 10 months
  • When I took over the project the relationship with the client was strained due to program delays and quality of the build not meeting client's expectations
  • I was able to close the project out and minimize the commercial exposure to the business
  • Project Management deployment of 7.5 Km continuous conveyor for a TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine for Vinci Construction)
  • The installation consisted of continuous conveyor's, transfer chutes,90 - 250Kw drives and boosters

  • The plant throughput was 650 ton per hour (TPH) with three crushers and one triple deck screen and four storage bins
  • The project cost was $12 MM
  • Provide E2E full turnkey portable crushing and screening plant
  • The SOW was to provide a 200 TPH aggregate plant that provide four various aggregate sizes
  • The project duration was approximately 5 months and cost $2.0MM
  • Provide E2E full turnkey solution of a 30,000.00 m2 sugar storage warehouse with 5ton Overhead crane (OHC)
  • The project duration was 6 months and a total cost of $3.0MM
  • Provide E2E Project Management consultancy for two off 90m3/hr concrete batch plants for Lafarge
  • The project duration was 6 months, and the SOW was to provide MCC for 24 hrs a day for 2-year duration
  • The project management and design consulting cost were $0.8MM and the client placed orders for two further machines
  • Provide E2E full turnkey project for Hulamin
  • The project constituted eight conveyors, one crusher, one screen, one sorter and two compactors
  • The project's cost was $2.0MM and the duration was 5 Months
  • The project allowed the recycling of dirty soft drink cans to raw aluminium
