• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for a workforce of 150 agency staff

Lead and develop a high-performing production team, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency KPIs. Manage production planning to optimize run rates and control labour costs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyse performance data, and implement actions to enhance productivity. Maintain compliance with HR, Health & Safety, and ethical policies while overseeing Food Safety procedures.

• Organise recruitment activities aligned with departmental needs and budget.

Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. Ensure adherence to HACCP principles by identifying and controlling potential hazards during production. Monitor production stages, detect deviations, and implement corrective actions to protect product quality and safety. Perform internal audits (GMP, Foreign Body, Glass & Plastic, Labelling, Micro, Complaints) to verify compliance with systems and procedures.

• Conduct microbiological sampling and shelf-life testing to verify product integrity.
• Lead training sessions for production staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Promote a strong quality culture within the production team.
