Since joining the Royal Free London Hospital (RFH) in Hampstead, Camden, London, as a Nursing Assistant in February 2023, I have been dedicated to supporting both patients and nursing staff. My role involved assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating, ensuring they felt comfortable and cared for. I regularly took vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate, and recorded the information for the nurses. I also helped prepare patients for medical procedures, ensuring they were settled and ready. Additionally, I provided emotional support to patients and their families, offering reassurance during their hospital stay. Through this role, I have gained valuable experience in patient care, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

I worked as a Retail Assistant at Sainsbury's in Sydenham, London. I was moved into this role in October 2014 and finished in January 2023 , where I was responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and answering their questions. I helped with restocking shelves and ensuring that products were well-organized and easy for customers to access. I also operated the tills, handling cash and card payments accurately. In addition, I supported store promotions and made sure the store was always clean and tidy. Working as part of a team, I contributed to meeting daily goals and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. This role helped me develop strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

From October 2013 to October 2014, I worked as a Janitor at Sainsbury's in Sydenham, London. My main duties included keeping the store clean and tidy for customers and staff. I was responsible for cleaning the aisles, floors, and restrooms, making sure they were always presentable and hygienic. I also helped manage waste by emptying bins and ensuring that recyclable materials were disposed of properly. I made sure all cleaning supplies were stocked and ready for use. Additionally, I followed health and safety guidelines to make sure the store remained safe and clean at all times. This role helped me develop strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

From January 2000 to April 2011, I worked as a production worker at Sol S.P.A, a rubinetteria (tap) factory in Brescia. My main responsibilities included assembling and testing taps for kitchens, pipes and bathrooms to ensure they met quality standards. I operated machinery used in the manufacturing process and handled materials to keep the production line running smoothly. I also collaborated with my team to meet daily production targets and solve any issues that came up during the process. During my time there, I gained valuable skills in teamwork, attention to detail, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role gave me a solid understanding of manufacturing and quality control in the plumbing and fittings industry.
