Customer delivery improvement – Working with the plant manager, I developed a tool for the production team to have 3 weeks forward view of shipments. As a result, in FY21 we achieved 89% for the first time in more than 5 years.

Migration of PH EU locations from High Wycombe to Frepillon – Following Brexit, I lead a project to move some customers from the UK to our facility in France. The purpose was to allow them to continue to do business with our division through our EU plant. The result was less disruptions for our customers, retained businesses, cost savings.
Redesign and implementation of new weekly reports. This has been useful for the plant manager for better planning and anticipating any issues.
Product costs – worked with the site and division costing engineer to review all PN costs ensuring the correctness, margins.
