• Supervising sprayed concrete lining (SCL) operations on Hinkley Point C, ensuring excavation tolerances and QA compliance.
• Managing annulus and shear-resistant grouting, liner strengthening, and jamb frame installation.
• Coordinating probing ring operations and ensuring safe, efficient assembly/disassembly.
• Reviewing technical drawings, site documentation, and liaising with stakeholders for project clarifications.

Project: Deep Tunnel Sewerage System(DTSS)

• Managed day-to-day tunneling operations and deep excavation projects.
• Led coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and TBM teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Delivered toolbox talks, safety briefings, and enforced HSE compliance across shifts.
• Oversaw D-wall, excavation, and structural works; prepared documentation for TOP submissions.
• Supported interface management between tunnelling, M&E, surface, and logistics teams.

• Managed twin EPB TBM drives under Marina Channel.
• Oversaw segment installation, TBM turnaround operations, and ring sequencing.
• Ensured QA/QC for tunnelling and maintained operation reports.

• Supervised Slurry TBM tunnelling operations and segmental ring QA.
• Coordinated with clients and site teams on tunnelling and safety measures.

• Managed TBM tunnelling, jet grouting, and segment QA/QC.
• Prepared and monitored method statements and shift reports.
