Starting as work experience, developing into paid employment as a part time Retail Assistant for Cotswold Outdoors, I was awarded the Drake Circus - Service Excellence Award. Skills acquired included;

• Using customer service skills when dealing with unsatisfied customers, handling returns and answering customer queries
• Working with merchandise; accepting deliveries, storing stock, pricing and replenishing of merchandise on the shop floor
• Accepting card, cash and cheque payments in POS register system, maintaining accurate till records
• Maintained clean shop floor, promoting a welcoming environment.
