•Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and clean in place (CIL) activities on slicers, ovens, mixers,
depositors, VFDs, and conveyors.
•Manage equipment breakdowns and time-based maintenance on components such as contactors,
relays, solenoid valves, actuators, chains, rollers, sensors, and fire safety circuits.
•Overhaul gearboxes, replace conveyor chains, adjust machine gears, and conduct welding, grinding,
and metal cutting/drilling with CNC lathe machines.

• Specialized in electrical and mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting sensors, motors, VFDs, and process analyzers (pH, conductivity, pressure, flow, level, temperature), as well as repairing chains, bearings, conveyors, and pumps to ensure optimal production line performance.

• Assisted in installing and commissioning new production lines and retrofitting older systems with updated automation technologies (sensors, drives, Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs).
