PROJECTS:

•Construction of 308 tenements(S+11) storeyed with internal water supply sanitary and electrification arrangements and development works at M S nagar, Chennai, Project cost - 45.95cr.

•Construction of 192 tenements(G+4) with internal water supply sanitary and electrification arrangements and development works at Old block, Vyasarpadi, Chennai, Project cost - 26.76cr

•Construction of 243 tenements(S+09) with internal water supply sanitary and electrification arrangements and development works at Chettythottam, Chennai, Project cost - 31.67cr.

Roles and Responsubilities:-

• To Assist the Assistant Engineer/Assistant Executive engineer during the execution of work, taking measurement, supervision of work preparation of bills and estimates.
• Maintained safe work environment with zero accidents or lost work days.
• Inspected construction sites, checking building progress and implementing corrective actions to prevent completion delays.
• Ensure the workflow according to the work schedule.
• Inspection of the site works as per the drawings.
• Ensure quality of building materials

PROJECT: Repair and Rehabilitation work like building painting(inner and outer), sump work, Electrical duct, patchplastering, weathering coarse, paver block, column strengthening, slab repair work in Anna university.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Day to Day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the workof any subcontractors.
• An arrangement of manpower for the construction activities.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Preparation of program of works according to the time available for the completion of the project.
• Supervision/execution checking and assuring that the work is as per the final.
• Inspected work at job sites to evaluate ongoing work, identify errors and initiate corrective actions to keepprojects on task.
• Proper management of materials and workmanship.
• Coordination with subcontractors for the smooth flow of work.
