This eventually saved the project team 2sprint iteration periods (6 weeks) it would have taken to rectify any discrepancies that would have come up in the future in my fisrt week.
  • Proactively developed the requirement acceptance criteria for the UAT team in the testing phase of the project this reduced the workload on the UAT team

Tellallmyfriend's platform and payment gateway, where available to RedletterDay's, Platform as a Service (PaaS). Standardised processes and technical flexibility ensures innovation in global e-commerce, with a concentration on where new changes could produce business benefits through cost reduction, product enhancement and improved digital customer experience.

As a Lead BA, I manage a team of 8 Business Analysts, which incorporated developing an eLearning, and development program, which provided coaching and mentoring program.
