During my time as a Casual Retail assistant at Tessuti, I had the responsibility of creating visually appealing displays that helped to promote inventory and encourage customers to make purchases. I made sure to follow safe and secure stock handling methods to prevent any damage to inventory. I also made sure to have a thorough knowledge of the products and their features, so that I could make informed recommendations to customers. By actively listening to customers and understanding their needs and preferences, I was able to provide tailored advice that increased sales opportunities. Additionally, I monitored stock levels and restocked displays as required, to ensure that the sales floor was consistently well-stocked. Finally, I maintained a high standard of cleanliness and organization in luxury brand areas of the store.

During my time as a Christmas Sales Assistant at Lush Ltd, I made sure to provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers warmly and helping them find products that suited their needs. I was able to operate cash registers quickly and accurately, even during busy seasonal rushes. I also participated in in-store events and promotions to boost sales and engage with customers. Lastly, I worked flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
