Using labs to complete a pentesing process in simulated scenarios.

I am currently working on a project that involves web services where I understood how misconfigurations can be devistating if not properly maintained and updated.

Even realising that even internal servers and assets aren't safe from attacks even though they're not exposed to the wider net.

The current project also involves reverse engineering code to assist in lateral movement.

• Linux

I love working on how systems work. To get more involved in this I love to build Linux systems from scratch using arch as well as modifying other distros through the command line. This also helps me trouble shoot the system if it breaks.

Working through labs in a lab environment to scan and monitor valnrebility assesments, understanding how to harden systems to protect against certain attacks.

• Documenting and Reporting

Using tools such as Obsidian and Tmux to document all findings during  penertration test, making sure everything is contructed in a professional manner.

Using Nessus and Zaproxy to scan networks and webapplications to check vulnerabilities Understanding how automation can be proved useful in protecting devices.

Using python for fun persnal pprojects such as tracking the ISS live data to helping exploit and finding bugs on webapplication, along with CTFs

Studying intentivleyy to understand how exploits are utilized and applying then to CTFs and understanding how to mitigate these risks.
