In my role at Next, I had to take on various tasks and responsibilities. One of my primary jobs was to deliver excellent customer service. I would assist and guide customers in selecting the perfect products, making sure their needs are met and their experience was a good one. I had also been involved in maintaining the Visual presentation of the store. It was my responsibility to ensure that products are displayed attractively and to the brand's standards. Another important aspect of my role has been inventory management, I have been responsible for ensuring that products are properly stocked and organized, making sure that our customers have access to the items they wanted.
At Bath and Body works, my primary objective had been to create a welcoming and immersive shopping experience for my customers. I was in charge of interacting with customers, understanding their preferences and recommending products that suit their individual needs and tastes, assisting them in finding their signature scent or helping them discover new favourites. In addition to providing exceptional customer service. I was also involved in maintaining the visual merchandising of the store. It has been my responsibility to ensure that the products are perfectly displayed, creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects the brand's aesthetic.
I was in charge of providing excellent customer service each time someone would phone in to place an order or if i had to provide menu information. All orders would be written down and with coordination with the kitchen staff, cooked to the best standard, ensuring everything they wanted was just right. I was capable of managing multiple phone lines during the busier times and provided any information regarding the food they were unsure of. With minimal complaints, I assisted in daily cash handling and reconciliation. This role has honed my skills in communication, multi-tasking, working within a team, problem solving and time-management.
During my time here, I provided exceptional customer service by conversing with customers, assisting them when selecting products and offering knowledgeable advice on the fabrics and textiles. I managed inventory checks to ensure the availability of our product. I operated the point of sale system efficiently, accurately processed transactions and handled cash and card payments. I also maintained the visual presentation of our store to ensure a tidy environment, and resolved customer inquiries and complaints promptly, without issue,
