Duties and Responsibilities:
● Full cash flow management, including managing inflows and outflows

The retail platform included over 3000 stores and 100 brands across 17 countries globally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Planned, organised and executed special projects within the retail organisation, including new store openings, renovations, expansion into new markets, technology implementations and process improvements
● Developed project plans and roadmaps aligned with the organisation's overall strategy and vision
● Expanded KSA business to new markets across the International Platform
● Interacted directly with company owners, the CEO and business owners of various franchises and business partners
● Maintained contact between the head office and the location of new markets
