Currant role involves conducting audits/ assessments to monitor compliance.

Conduct training and correct use of all medical devices.

Attend and contribute to daily, cross-function, organisational briefs.

Collaborate with multi disciplinary teams to resolve issues.

Act as an intermediary to resolve conflict.

Assess and mentor students ensuring the completion of portfolios and learning objectives are achieved.

Devise shift rotas and learning plans to achieve learning objectives.
