I am a productive and passionate junior pastry chef with over 18 months of full-time experience at Today Bread in Walthamstow. I am skilled in baking, decorating, and managing kitchen operations independently and as part of a team. I am capable of producing high-quality desserts under pressure, managing orders with suppliers, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. I am eager to continue learning and growing in a dynamic bakery environment as a young and aspirational pastry chef.
