Work as a core member of the hospital acute oncology team including patients in the Medical Assessment Units.

Involved in complex clinical, patient management problems and multi-disciplinary planning treatment.

Dictation of clinic letters within 24 hours of review.

Using Trust’s Cancer Clinical Database to record all oncology annotations (iQemo).

Contribute to service developments and participate in continuing medical education and clinical audits

Participate in consenting and follow up of patients in clinical trials (with the appropriate Consultant supervision)

Provide support to the complaints process
