Biomedical Science graduate with experience in customer-facing and security roles across the UK, where careful observation, problem-solving and communication have been essential. Very passionate about how people live and experience the world, and keen to use that passion in research that helps organisations/people make better decisions that consider as many different worldviews as possible. Along with my passion and curiosity, adaptability in new environments and a collaborative mindset are also my strengths, and I'm eager to foster meaningful relationships and learn from experienced researchers while contributing to meaningful, real-world projects.
Introduced me to user-centred design, basic UX research methods, accessibility and the design process, including empathising with users' experiences and defining their needs.
