- Supervising two trainees – GP trainee and core psychiatry Trainee. I also once supervise ST4-6 higher psychiatry trainee that works on Cornwall villa and Enfield CMHTOP.
- Chair MDT Meetings on ward twice weekly and as well as other regular ward or team meetings including staff supervision
- Conduct assessments, request investigations and contribute to formulation of unwell psychiatric inpatients.
- Formulate treatment plans and oversee implementation and evaluation of these treatment plans.
- Contribute to management of patient flow with view to manage bed capacity effectively and avoid or flag up potential delayed transfers of care.
