change rapidly
Moreover, I can calm down myself in cases of emergency situations and

I am compassionate towards patients in every conditions as

(SHO equivalent) at Asia Royal Hospital, I was the leader of my team
In my team, there were a group
of one doctor (me), one senior nurse, two staff nurses and two health care assistants
There were 15-20 patients in the medical ward
On arrival to
duty, I took handovers from another doctor
Then, I made a routine ward round to all patients and gave appropriate treatments
I reviewed patient
charts and adjusted treatments depending on their conditions or remind consultants on certain treatments
The senior staff also reviewed patients for
nursing care and patients charts to give opinions
The other staff nurses administered injections and oral tablets to patients
In my team, everyone
had a floor to give opinions and we discussed for the good of patients
No matter how much the workload is or how complicated the cases are, we
could deal
In emergency cases, I initiated prompt treatments and nurses could follow instructions quickly
It was a great time
It does matter how we
can prioritize tasks as a team and how we take care of patients
It was the best memory of my work life
Describe situations where you have been involved in working in a team, not necessarily limited to professional activities
Working as a team is a very important thing in our career
Adjusting with other people and effective communications are the things we encounter in
