As a siderite, I can also say that my GCSE hospitality and catering course has played a significant role in my skills that i have listed, as i have had many opportunities to learn about the workplace not only in school, but through trips to establishments such as the VOCO hotel in littlemore, where we learnt about the different roles and work structure in a professional establishment in person.
As i mentioned before, i have work experience inside the Oxford city council which had also significantly supported and shaped social skills and how to act proactively and responsibly within a work environment.
This helped me visualise the working environment for me and get a taste of what things are like for employees of these kind of establishments. However some of the things i learnt in the places i visited can be transferred into my own work and future workplaces.
I will also say that maintaining an actual job alongside my previous work experience will help me further develop my social skills and productiveness, as i feel there is still lots of room for me to improve from my current state, and working will allow me to grow and get comfortable within future workplaces and other public environments where i interact with others.
In summary, I would present myself as a social and supportive individual in general, doing small favours helping out friends and family when i can. With that being said i can see myself settling in different workplaces, as i have a good amount of personal and practical work experience.
