- I have studied PEO (performing engineering operations) level 2 in new city college as a first year and I developed new skills such as using the various tools that have been provided in my college workshop such as a file and hacksaw etc, in the correct way and learning how to use the tools efficiently
- I have also learned about the machines and how it works such as the lathes and the milling machine, and how to chamfer material and how to the material down using the cutting tool
- I learned to adapt and get my assignments done on time before the due date, this has made me a fast worker
- I have learned to do things with precision with my work making it look clean and accurate and do things step by step
- I have developed better communication skills with my colleagues at college and how to work as a team to get assignments done quicker
- I have done various written work on the health and safety regulations which has helped me understand what to do when working with machinery in workshop/factories
- I know how to use apps for written work such as word and I even know how to use the presentation app
- I know how to stack shelves and putting things in order/ right place from the information that I get
