• Aided in the processing of passengers to minimise waiting times.
• Patrolled marinas independently to ensure compliance with immigration entry requirements for foreign visiting yachtsmen.
• Helped in the seizure of prohibited, restricted and undeclared goods and in the completion of related documentation to promote efficiency.
• Handled sensitive information in a confidential manner maintaining high levels integrity at all times.
• Shadowed the team when stopping and searching passengers and baggage at the airport and harbour to confiscate unauthorised goods.
• Performed searches for prohibited and restricted items at the post office by analysing the trends in smuggling.
• Observed how the team worked with other agencies such as the police to complete investigations efficiently.
• Assisted in the collection of revenue (excise duty and goods & services tax) on imported items.
• Demonstrated professionalism in challenging situations by remaining calm and communicating assertively and clearly.

• Completed multiple projects within tight deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout.
