Finance, Mowasat Healthcare Company is a parent company (listed Company till 2017), which owns New Mowasat Hospital & Mowasat Real Estate Company

Mowasat Hospital is the only Hospital in Kuwait, accredited with the JCI and ACI Quality Standards

Responsibilities:

• Setting and Meeting Company's long and short term goals and ensure individual departments alignment with Company's objectives and operations
• Meeting all deadlines for financial closing on Monthly, Quarterly & Annually Basis as per International Accounting Standards on Subsidiary Levels and consolidated levels
• Review the check list before closing the financials for transferring the data to general ledger from all modules (Receivables, Payables, Cost Management, Fixed Assets and Monthly Recurring Journals)
• Maintain consistency and accuracy for Executive Management to take effective decisions
• Preparation of Annual Budget which includes revenue budget as per historical data & future economic growth, respect the requirement for CAPEX and OPEX during the following year with business case study & ensure effective cost controls in the following year
• Strategic planning of the organization for next five years includes the expansion of business
• Compliance of Company's policies and procedures, ensure flawless payments, keep an eye credit business and follow-ups on receivables for better cash flow position
• Achievements:
• Successfully implemented the Oracle Financial System to enhance Organization transaction & Department Reporting level
• Part of, Accrediation for Healthcare Sectors
• As a part of Pricing Committee provided complete feasibility report of Major equipments before purchasing it.
