Working for the MNDA as a Regional Fundraiser would be an absolute honour, I first became aware of the association in 2017 when my father was diagnosed with MND , I am not sure what we would have done with out their support and guidance, my father unfortunately died of this relentless disease in 2020 , I have organised many events to help fundraise - which included , stands at The Rebellion Festival in Blackpool , Sponsored Runs , Sponsored Cycle Tours , Sponsored kayaking tours , Sponsored Bingo charity nights and collecting funds at various Local Christmas Light Switch on Events .

1. A strong background in Community Fundraising- I have always been fundamental in raising funds at many events for MND and various other charities such as Trinity Hospice in Blackpool and most recently we developed 'Fylde Aid for Ukraine ' where we brought together the Fylde Coast Community and sent a large arctic truck to the Ukraine full of humanitarian aid for all the refugees. My key skill is bringing the community together with my large network of friends , associates and colleagues .
2. Demonstrable evidence of working with volunteers- Throughout all the fundraising events I have co-ordinated I have brough together and looked after the welfare of many volunteers , evidence of this on my twitter account .
3.Demonstrable experience of motivating and coaching individuals - as per my CV and throughout my career I have trained and motivated scores of sales teams , delivering countless company induction programmes .
4. Demonstrable experience of devising, implementing and monitoring systems and procedures - Throughout my career I have worked and enhanced various CRM systems , implementing new operational ticketing systems, for customer enhancement , monitoring sales teams performance through monitoring data and implementing various performance management systems and controls .
5. Experience of Managing complex projects - within my most recent role as Sales and Marketing director at an Audio Visual company , I was fundamental in organising the seamless installations of the products from concept - to sales -to procurement , making sure the installations were profitable and within operational budget .
6. Proficient IT skills - I am competent in all Microsoft packages , using CRM systems and software , plus competent in the use of all social media platforms .
7. Ability to work on own initiative without direct supervision- I have always worked without direct supervision , I have always taken the lead in many projects and use my own initiative to complete any project , task I am involved in .
8.Ability to plan, prioritise and multi task , particularly in times of significant pressure - Throughout my career I have always worked to tight deadlines undertaking many jobs at once .

Ability to communicate effectively, accurately and creatively, both verbally an in writing - Throughout my career I have had to conduct and deliver training sessions , presentations , demonstrate performance verbally and in writing to all levels of people from Chief Executives to brand new interns I thrive on being creative , developing new products . 11. High level of tact and diplomacy - This is a key strength of mine - especially in a team environment offering motivation , calmness , guidance and I have had show these skills , whilst dad was poorly with MND , with ensuring he was offered the best care , providing dignity throughout .
12. Excellent organisational skills - This has been fundamental throughout my career and personal life , I am thorough always ensuring tasks ,targets, events are met on time and within tight deadlines. Attention to detail is key .
13. Ability to problem solve , throughout my career I have always worked in very stress full environments , problems / situations always arise and my personality is to sit take control and devise alternatives , solutions , calmly and in an organised fashion - ensuring the problem is over come successfully
14 , Ability to work effectively as part of a team - My passion is developing a string team and also being part of a team , allowing individuals to flourish and show their skills ,, I think this is fundamental in any team environment , we all cannot be good at everything - I always believe- 'Team work makes the dream work .
