I have a sensible approach to query and conflict resolution making sure I maintain patience and composure under pressure. I am committed to delivering exceptional customer service through product knowledge, customer direction and just being a warm, smiley, friendly person. I am a quick learner, who is adaptable, dedicated and determined to overcome any challenges I may face.

• I love exploring nature and appreciating wildlife. One of my favourite things to do is take on new challenges. When I am perhaps bored or feel as though I have nothing to do, I will find something to bake or cook that I haven't previously. Or, I will do some exercise or find a new hobby to learn, for example, I have recently learnt how to solve the Rubik's cube.
