Since a young age I've been inspired by fashion and design. Often I have researched into different styles of fashion and the industry over time and I am currently studying textiles in A-levels. During my studying I self taught myself techniques such as, crochet and machine embroidery and I then applied these to my work. In each job role I've had, I ensured that I worked to the best of my abilities and always push to achieve more. At McDonald's I have often received acknowledgements, such as star of the shift or employee of the week which shows how my efforts don't go unnoticed.

- Worked efficiently to meet specific targets and goals, whilst also maintaining quick service.
- Maintained a positive mindset every shift and trained myself to be resilient in stressful situations and environments.
- Learned how to handle different problems provided by customers, and how to ensure they had a good experience. This then improved my customer service and problem solving skills and it allowed me to learn more about business in general.
- I also took part in a fun day at the store I work at to raise money for charity, and to help raise this money I did children's halloween face painting.
- I've also learned to multitask on multiple occasions when we have had limited staff. This has enabled me to quickly pick up new roles alongside mine to always be available to help out.
- As well as keeping up with the fast pace environment of Mcdonald's, this hasn't stopped me from ensuring that work stations are tidy and that all areas are clean, to make both the employee and customer experience a safe hygienic environment.
- I have also provided training for new employees to help them understand the job role better and learn the skills that allow them to work quickly and efficiently.

- Consulted with my manager when handling different situations to ensure that each job was done according to their standards and it was executed with precision.
- I developed marketing skills when working on calling companies to promote our business and products to complete sales.
- I developed customer service skills by remaining polite and professional with each call I made, but whilst also being friendly and starting conversation.
- I also helped design the new uniform for this company, when they decided they wanted a new logo and a different style of uniform for their employees. This design included a more effective logo that was embroidered onto new jackets that are more comfortable whilst also providing warmth and protection from certain weather.
