Hub Manager

  • Overseeing the running of all Front of House areas for Festival events taking place in The Hub at St Mary’s, including greeting audience members, checking tickets, ensuring audience safety, and coordinating volunteers to assist in this.
  • Working with venue and technical staff to ensure that all events take place in a safe and efficient manner, keeping to set schedules.
  • Liaising with artists to accommodate any performance requirements during rehearsals and get-in/out.
  • Assisting with technical setup and get-in/out where requested, under direction of technical team and/or visiting company/artist (where scheduled working hours include get-in/out times).
  • Ensuring access requirements are able to be facilitated for all audiences and performers at events, in collaboration with venue and Festival staff.
  • Undertaking the above tasks, and other related duties within the scope of practice at this or other Festival venues, as deemed necessary by the Festival team.
  • Promoting and upholding the values and reputation of Lichfield Festival, understanding and acting in compliance with the Festival’s Safeguarding and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Policies.
